Am 6. März 2026 beteiligte sich die Firma Fischer in Sinsheim an der „Langen Nacht der Berufsorientierung – NEXT STEP“ und öffnete ihre Türen für interessierte Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie deren Eltern. Mehr als 60 Teilnehmer nutzten die Gelegenheit, das Unternehmen und seine Ausbildungsberufe hautnah kennenzulernen.

Ein besonderes Highlight waren die verschiedenen Mitmach-Aktionen und Stationen im Werkzeugbau sowie in der Fertigung. Hier konnten die Besucher selbst aktiv werden und spannende Einblicke in die praktischen Abläufe im Unternehmen gewinnen. Darüber hinaus bot sich viel Raum für persönliche Gespräche: Die Ausbildungsleiter standen für einen regen Austausch zu den Ausbildungsberufen Feinwerkmechaniker, Kunststofftechnologie, Lagerlogistik sowie Industriekaufmann/-frau zur Verfügung und beantworteten zahlreiche Fragen rund um Ausbildung, Inhalte und Perspektiven bei Fischer. Für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte außerdem eine Lounge, in der die Gäste mit Pizza, Popcorn und Getränken versorgt wurden. So konnten sich die Besucher in entspannter Umgebung austauschen und den Abend gemeinsam ausklingen lassen.

Die „Lange Nacht der Berufsorientierung“ bot den Gästen wertvolle Einblicke in die Arbeitswelt und gleichzeitig eine hervorragende Möglichkeit für die Firma Fischer, mit potenziellen Nachwuchskräften ins Gespräch zu kommen. Ein gelungener Abend mit Mehrwert für alle Beteiligten.

KG. This award honors consistently excellent performance across the supply chain over an entire fiscal year. The focus here is particularly on partnership-based cooperation and our contribution to the implementation of joint strategic goals. This success is the result of close internal cooperation and the high level of personal commitment shown by our team to ensure reliable delivery performance even under challenging conditions.

At the TE Automotive EMIA Supplier Day 2025, Fischer was also presented with the Best Quality Award, which recognizes outstanding product and process quality within the highly demanding automotive supply chain. The award underscores our ability to deliver reliably and at the highest level of quality, even when faced with complex requirements and high volumes. As a strategic partner in the field of plastic injection molding, Fischer GmbH & Co. KG stands for quality, reliability, and high performance—another success that has been made possible above all by the commitment and expertise of our employees.

It shows that we are perceived not only as a supplier, but also as a reliable and high-performing partner in two key business areas of TE, while also highlighting the outstanding performance of our workforce. As every year, we celebrated our anniversary employees with a small internal party. Twenty-five employees celebrated their long-standing service to the company. We are particularly pleased this year that we were able to congratulate numerous anniversary employees with 20, 25, 30, and 40 years of service.

Our jubilarians have shaped our company with their many years of commitment, experience, and loyalty. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the many years we have spent together and for their valuable contribution.

On July 10, 2025, the company run took place in Sinsheim in summer temperatures. Twenty runners started the 5.3-kilometer course for Fischer. The fastest Fischer team came from the toolmaking department. With a total time of 1:37:02, Nico Hefner, Mike Huber, Alexander Schilke, and Eduard Steinke achieved an excellent 25th place out of a total of 114 men's teams. Once again, there was a great atmosphere before, during, and after the run. Many thanks to all colleagues on and along the route.

Early in the morning on June 28, 2024, two coaches carrying 124 colleagues set off on a weekend company outing to Dresden. Once there, they went straight to the first item on the agenda: a tour on the White Fleet's steamboat "Sachsen," followed by a cozy get-together with a view of the Elbe River.

After a restful night at the hotel, Saturday began with renewed energy and exciting activities. From a historical city tour/walk in the morning to visits to the Frauenkirche, Gläserne Manufaktur, and Semperoper, there was something for everyone. The sunny day in Dresden ended with dinner together at Carola Schlösschen with public viewing. The last day before heading home offered a leisurely hike through Saxon Switzerland.

On July 11, 2024, the annual company run took place in Sinsheim in summer temperatures. Fischer was represented by a large team of almost 30 runners. The fastest runners from Fischer were Kevin Colucci (23:12) and Nico Hefner (23:14). The team led by our management team of Karin Fischer, Sascha Spieß, Achim Spannagel, and Kevin Colucci took a very respectable 12th place among the mixed teams. Many thanks to all our colleagues on and off the track. It was another successful event with many happy and satisfied faces. We would like to thank all the runners and look forward to next year.

The year 2023 was a special one for Fischer – the company has now been in existence for exactly 50 years. That was and is, of course, a reason to celebrate. The anniversary year began with a surprise for the management. In keeping with the date of the business registration (January 1, 1973), a small group raised a toast with champagne and cake.

Following an early summer party in May at the Ankerpunkt Seelocation in Dühren, employees and management celebrated together with delicious barbecue food and lively music.

In keeping with the occasion, an official anniversary celebration with customers, suppliers, and employees of the Fischer company was a must. On September 8, the business area of the PreZero Arena in Sinsheim opened its doors and provided a glamorous setting to celebrate this highlight in style.

On December 9, our family Christmas market took place on the company premises. From factory tours of the production facilities for the grown-ups to a ninja obstacle course and a storyteller for the little ones there was something for everyone. Afterwards, everyone could refuel with burgers, tarte flambée, mulled wine, and more. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't exactly at its best for Christmas, but that didn't dampen the mood, thanks in part to the band "Rock Department" with Raffaele. We would like to thank all visitors and hope that you and your families enjoyed the Christmas market.

The 2023 company run once again stood out thanks to a pleasingly high number of Fischer teams.
A total of 8 teams set off on the 5.1 km course on July 6 in warm summer temperatures, together with 1,400 runners. 

The atmosphere along the route was exuberant. The faces of our Fischer runners showed pure motivation and fighting spirit. Many thanks to our colleagues along the route who cheered loudly for top performances. This resulted in great results and running times! The Fischer Teens achieved an impressive 7th place among the men's teams. The best runner from Fischer was Kevin Colucci from the Fischer Teens, who finished in an excellent 62nd place with a time of 00:21:55.

All 32 runners reached the finish line happy and satisfied, rewarding themselves with a cool refreshing drink and some refreshments in the after-run beer garden. Another highlight at the end: the Fischer Team WZB 2 won the anniversary prize of the company run and can look forward to a TSG home game in the business area. Congratulations!

After a two-year break due to COVID-19, the Sinsheim Company Run finally took place again on July 7, 2022. This year, a small but highly motivated group of runners took part on behalf of Fischer! Three teams (two men's teams and one mixed team) took on the 5.1 km course, which this year once again led along the airfield to downtown Sinsheim. Together with around 1,000 other runners, they set off from the Helmut Gmelin Stadium at 7 p.m. in "cool" 20-degree weather. The tension was unbearable, and the minutes ticked by—without a starting signal! What had happened?

An obstacle on the course ultimately delayed the start by 20 minutes. This was a test of patience for all participants, as wind and drizzle did not make the wait any more pleasant. However, once the race was underway, the weather had little effect on the mood, and the numerous spectators provided the necessary motivation during the run. Many thanks to our colleagues along the route who cheered loudly for the best performances. This resulted in some fantastic results and times! Nico Hefner and Tobias Schilling once again battled it out in a neck-and-neck race that ended in a photo finish, securing excellent places in the individual rankings among the TOP 50.

For the first time, the after-run party and award ceremony did not take place in the Elsenzhalle, but outdoors in the beer garden in front of the youth center. The surprise of the day: the Fischer mixed team (from left: Tobias Schilling, Simon Wollanka, Denise Polster, and Nico Hefner) came in third place out of a total of 76 teams. This triumph was celebrated appropriately with a cold beer, and even the sun came out at the end, as befits such an occasion.

We would like to congratulate all former trainees once again on completing their training and are delighted that Fischer will continue to benefit greatly from your work, particularly in the area of toolmaking.

We would like to congratulate Eduard Trautwein, Josua Schleihauf, Nicolas Hummel, Tim Schwachhofer, and Naeem Shah Rasouli (graduating in spring 2020) on successfully completing their journeyman's examination as precision mechanics.

The trainees had to apply what they had learned in written and practical exams. We would like to congratulate all former trainees once again on their graduation and are delighted that Fischer continues to be actively supported by your work in toolmaking.
